Inorganic Minerals vs. Organic Minerals

Plant foods contain organic or organized minerals which they derive from the earth in an inorganic or unorganized form. Only plant life can subsist on inorganic minerals. If humans could live on free minerals, we would have no starving nation, or for that matter, no one person could ever starve. All one would have to do is indulge in the eating of mud. Following the same line of thinking, if a person suffered with an iron deficiency, all one would need to do is suck on a nail for 24 hours.

Inorganic minerals end up in drinking water through the process of erosion. That is why distilled water is the only acceptable pure water. In the first chapter of Genesis it states, “But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.” This is a biblical principle which shows that early man drank distilled water free of inorganic minerals. When science discovered the elements or minerals of which the body is made and found that disease is caused by a deficiency of one or more of them, it set about the fabrication of foods, tonics, powders and pills containing these elements; however, they were in an inorganic form, a form which is biologically incorrect for man. Food and food products in this form marked the death of man and, in my opinion, is the cause of degenerative diseases.

Only plant food, through the process of photosynthesis, can convert inorganic minerals from the soil into organic minerals usable by man. Let’s look at another biblical example. In the book of Daniel, Daniel says to the king, “Prove/test thy servant, I beseech thee ten days; and let them give us pulse/vegetables to eat, and water to drink. Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat the portion of the King’s meat, and as thou seest, deal with thy servants.” So he/the King consented to them in this, and proved them ten days. And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the King’s meat. Daniel requested only vegetables to eat rather than the King’s meat for ten days and proved that plant foods made Daniel and his men look better in their appearance than the King’s men who glutted themselves on dead animal products.

We have to pay for every transgression and by overlooking the divine injunction to live on the fruits of the earth, we have exposed ourselves to the most ghastly, insidious, degenerative diseases. In addition, every kitchen stove in America has become a laboratory on which live organic foods are converted into dead inorganic poisons. I am not saying never to eat properly prepared cooked foods. But the overindulgence in overcooked foods on a day to day basis is a cause of degenerative diseases.

Let us at this time be mindful that we are a wonderfully made machine. We need to give ourselves a chance to experience what it really means to be healthy and alive. There is a joy to living within God’s divine laws of health through eating the fruits of the earth that he has given to us for our “meat.”
