REFLECTIONS
AIHT admissions advisor, Karen Liptak displays a 4-lb. tomato grown in her organic garden in Linesville, Pa. She has been into organic gardening for the past five years and also has her own aerobic studio in Ohio. She follows a vegetarian lifestyle and also trains on weekends for local races. Karen has been employed with Dr. Chester Yozwick for the past nine years and has two teenagers.
