We all know how important it is to monitor our diets — and how, by habit we eat the same things over and over. AIHT wants to change that, so we are looking for healthy recipes to publish in Vibrations.

Herb Toast

Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl combine and stir gently, olive oil and herbs, let stand for a few minutes. Spoon and spread oil mixture evenly over bread slices.

Toast in oven on a baking sheet until crispy. Cut each piece of toast into angles. Serves 2 to 4. Serve with spinach salad.

Delicious Spinach Salad

In a large salad bowl combine all ingredients in order as listed. Toss gently and serve with your favorite salad dressing. (A lite oil dressing is suggested.) Serve with Herb Toast. Serves 2 to 4.
