You and Change: How to Live with Change
by Margo Kirtikar, Ph.D.
Change is not only an external cause that befalls us. We harbor change like a vessel, we are the recipients as well as the motor of change. The universe is sometimes called the Big Man and man is sometimes known as The Small Universe.
This book has been written with a deep enthusiasm for the changes we are currently undergoing and with a strong belief in the power of each individual to contribute to the game between the Big Man and The Small Universe. This is a practical handbook on how to refine our human powers as actors and recipients of change as we are experiencing a revolution of the individual. It is a practical guide with some helpful hints on how to handle yourself and your life in times of change and crisis; how to find contact with your inner self and a universal reservoir of energy, strength and peace. Guidelines are given to lead you to self-transformation and self-growth through clear and easy-to- follow simple steps.
Recommendations
When I heard Margo Kirtikar speak for the first time, on radio, I was deeply impressed by her ability to translate complex spiritual concepts into useful information, and in a tender, sincere, human way. She was a communicator, as I found out in subsequent professional and personal encounters.
And so it is with her book: It reads fast and easyjust the thing for those harried souls who need it most. But equally important, its full of practical advice based on personal experience and conviction.
You and Change is a catechism of the New Age with practical recipes that everyone can follow. This is not theory, this is practice. This book is inspired by the cosmic law that states The best solution to the most complex problem is simplicity.
This is a no-nonsense approach to the New Age, I am speaking from personal experience. It worked for me and it will work for others.

This book is simply put and easy to understand for everyone, also for those whose English is not their native language. It speaks to adult and teenager, professional and non-professional alike. It is to the point and gives practical, uncomplicated hints and guidelines on how to examine and focus on the Self. An indirect subtle introduction to the world of metaphysics and spirituality independent of religious dogmas. It is a book that one can easily read through to the end then keep around handy, in order to refer back to it, in times of stress. It inspires and energizes me.
