- Complete the program questions and sign the documents.
- Go to the homepage → Open Survey & Assessment → If any pending assessments, complete it.
- Check your Application Status under the CNA program, on the home page.
- If approved, wait for an email or call from Futuro Health with next steps.

How do I start?

Can I get more information on No Cost Futurohealth grant?
We have partnered with Futurohealth nonprofit organization. You will be put in touch with counselor once you create an account with them. Your counselor will help you complete the steps to receive funding for the program. Please click here to create an account.
What if I am not eligible for No Cost grant?
We offer no interest payment plan. You can select weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly payment plan.
How Do I Earn CNA State License?
After completing our training program, you will be eligible to take the State of Connecticut CNA license exam here on-campus. We are an approved testing site for our graduates.
Can I enroll if I do not have High School Diploma?
Yes – You can enroll without High School Diploma.
