AIHT Education will begin offering free registry examination review courses to all current sonography students. The review courses will help students prepare for the following examinations offered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS):
- Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI)
- Abdomen Specialty Exam (AB)
- Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialty Exam (OB/GYN)
- Vascular Technology Exam (VT)
The 6-hour review courses will be conducted on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All current students are strongly encouraged to attend review classes for any of the ARDMS examinations they have yet to take. The classes will help you gain a better understanding of what to expect and how to prepare for the exams.
The schedule for the upcoming review courses will be as follows:
SPI – July 18, 2015
Abdomen – TBD
OB/GYN – TBD
Students must register for the classes in advance by emailing dmathew@aihtedu.com The review classes will be held only if there are a minimum of 5 students registered.
